A warranty will be given as a written document after all agreed work is completed, sufficient waterproofing is achieved and all parties are satisfied with work done. All standard warranties issued by S. Tomic Roofing Ltd cover a period of 10 years starting from the completion date of the roofing project.

An optional warranty upgrade which extends the cover period to 15 or 20 years is available for an additional cost. All warranties are subject to terms and conditions. Please contact us for more information.
