Residential Care Home

We were contracted to provide a new single ply roof using Sika Trocal membranes for a new residential care home. The architect’s design required the roof to look like it was made out of metal or lead. This style of roofing is known as Standing Seam Appearance.

We met the design by installing strips of Decor Rib Profiles, a specialise material created to achieve this effect. The profiles are bonded to the membranes with Sika liquid seam seal.

We completed this project as a sub contractor for one of the UK’s leading installers of Sika materials in conjunction with other contractors and the site project manager. We are qualified and have much experience working other teams to meet a common deadline.
