Passageway Flat Roof Extension

We were contracted by the client to a modernise the small oblong roof above a passageway extension at the side of the house. The original felt roof had failed in multiple areas which caused leaks and water damage.

We added an additional layer of insulation followed by single ply Sika Trocal membranes which provided providing. The edges were secured with Sika metal profiles completing the roof system.

Our client was satisfied and as a result gave us more work on another three properties.
