Flat Roof on Apartments

We were contracted to replace the entire flat roof on a block of apartments. The original felt roof had deteriorated and the landlord instructed us to provide a new single ply roofing system. We used Sika Trocal membranes to create a thoroughly watertight roof included around the drainage gutters.

Our greatest challenge was working in conjunction with continual traffic and pedestrians. We completed the project on time and without any disruption to the residents.
